Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Live Hands, a personal log for poker sessions and hands. By signing in or using the app, you agree to them.
The service
Live Hands lets you record stakes, buy-ins, add-ons, cash-outs, and hand notes, and review them later on a device where you are signed in. It is a notebook. It does not take bets, hold money, deal a game, or offer gambling.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account that is yours. You are responsible for what happens under that sign-in. One running session is allowed per account at a time.
Your notes
You keep ownership of the text and figures you enter. You give Live Hands permission to store and display that information so the app can work for you, including showing it back to you on other devices. You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you play, and for not putting anything in a note that you are not allowed to record.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Try to read or change another person's sessions or hands
- Interfere with the app, its hosting, or its sign-in
- Use Live Hands to break the law
Availability
Live Hands is provided as-is. Sessions can fail to save on a bad connection, and the app can change or go offline. We do not promise that a record will always be available. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Use Copy session as text if you want a copy outside the app.
Ending use
You can stop using Live Hands at any time. Sign out from the History tab, and delete sessions you do not want kept. We can refuse or end access if these terms are broken or if we shut the service down.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Live Hands is not liable for lost notes, lost profits, or decisions you make from what you logged. The records are only as complete as what you entered.
Privacy
The privacy policy describes what we store and how to delete it. It is part of these terms.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of Live Hands after that date means you accept the updated terms.
